IQAC - Internal Quality Assurance Cell
Primary Goals of Quality Policy:
- To develop a quality system for conscious, consistent and Catalytic programmed action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the Institution.
- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
Functions of IQAC
- Development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters for the various academic and administrative activities of the Institution;
- Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive for quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process
- Arrangement for feedback responses from students, parents and other stakeholders on Quality-related institutional processes
- Dissemination of information on the various quality parameters of higher education.
- Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles;
- Documentation of the various programmes/activities of the Institution, leading to quality improvement.
- Acting as a nodal agency of the Higher Educational Institutions for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of good practices;

The following points were discussed in the meeting:
- In order to improve the extra-curricular activities like NSS, English Forum, Industry Interaction and other Cells. It was suggested by Dr. M Balaji Reddy, Principal that atleast 8 programmes of the above to be conducted for this academic year.
- Hon’ble Shri. S Ali Akbar, Vice President of the College suggested to improve research and development activities.
- P Gangaiah, Academia Expert urged that the focus should be on 3 main aspects (a) Teaching (b) Research (c) Outreach activities like NSS Camp
- The feedback given by our students was discussed in the meeting. IQAC Cordinator Mr. B Khadar Vali Khan suggested taking follow up action by the various department heads on the above.
- P Chandra Sekhar suggested that every faculty member should upgrade qualification in their area of interest
- The major decision was taken in the meeting that every faculty member should publish atleast two research papers in national / international conference or one paper in journal before the end of this academic year.
- The IQAC Cordinator proposed vote of thanks. The meeting came to an end at 4.30 pm.
