Admissions to the above courses takes place in the month June/July every year. As per the norms of Govt of Andhra Pradesh, 70% of the seats are allotted under Convener Quota. One becomes eligible to join under Convener Quota only when one qualifies the ICET Entrance Exam (Integrated Common Entrance Test) conducted by AP State Council of Higher Education, Vijayawada. Those who wants join MBA/MCA/MCL under Fee Reimbursement Category provided by Govt., of Andhra Pradesh must qualify in the ICET Entrance Test.

Those who want to join under Convener Quota do the following.

  • Apply for AP-ICET. For more details on AP-ICET application visit the website apsche.org Alternatively click here (give the link to https://sche.ap.gov.in/ICET/ICET/ICET_HomePage.aspx)
  • Usually the notification will be released in the months of Feb/Mar during every academic year.
  • The entrance exam will be conducted in the month of April every year.
  • Seat allotment under Convener quota will be done mostly in the months on June/July.

General Information about AP ICET :

The test is designed to measure the candidate's ability to think systematically, to use the verbal and mathematical skills and to assess his/her aptitude for admission into MBA/MCA programme. The Test emphasizes accuracy. Therefore, the candidate is required to go through the instructions carefully. This isan objective type test and the questions are of multiple choice. Out of the given options, the candidate has to choose the correct answer. If the Candidate gives more than one answer to any question, such answers will be ignored while awarding marks.

DURATION OF THE TEST 150 MINUTES
